Berkshire Home Rentals

Berkshire Home Rentals (BHR) is a family-owned real estate investment firm originally rooted in Stockbridge, MA. We provide a range of housing solutions, catering to both long-term tenants and short-term guests. While our foundation was built in the Berkshires, BHR is in an active growth phase. We have recently expanded with strategic acquisitions and real estate ventures in both Indiana and Colorado.

OUR SERVICES

Property Management

BHR owns and manages all of our rental units. We provide a full range of services to our tenants, including resident placement, lawn & snow care, and home repairs. We use Buildium, a property management software platform, to allow tenants to pay rent, submit work orders online, and communicate with us seamlessly.

BHR investors enjoy the stability of a guaranteed 9% annual return. Our diversified real estate portfolio and ventures mitigates the risks associated with individual property performance, ensuring consistent earnings year after year.
